No kidding! I have scheduled nothing and I am going to sit in house all day and get it together. I am like a puzzle with pieces all over the counter and some pieces falling off the pile. I have to make some sense of all of this today. If it spills over into the weekend, so be it! First, Bobby Brune is coming today to get my invitation copy for the party Marilynn and I are having after the Flag House Dedication so I am thinking. Then I want my book sales to go well for the Athletic Dept. so I am giving thought to that. Then I am working on my presentation for the Missouri Mansion meeting next Friday.
And, of course, I am trying to do this with cataract clad eyes -- my pre-op appt. is Feb. 12. I am also reading copy of Sara's Bible Study (I blow it up on the computer), and on and on the story goes. I am also getting materials together for the Tuesday meeting at my house about the Kellerman Project.
The weather is pretty today but I will have to take Bob Reeves ' word for it today. Too much hanging fire today inside. I am grateful for the pressure; the truth is, if it wasn't there, I would get out and compile something! Pictured is Laura Bennett-Smith, Executive Director, Missouri Mansion Preservation, who keeps me on my toes.
