Cleaning out the Closet

Today is clean out the office day --that is not a simple tasks.  Since I retired three years ago, I have lived in Charleston for nearly six months and then taken care of my sister up here who had a stroke and dealt with the death of my brother last January.   So it has piled up.

I have also written two books and I have closets and files of materials there which I cannot dispose of yet.     But I can't continue using the office for storage.  I need to be able to go into that room and do work.   And that means cleaning out the crap and the cobwebs.  It is the day Meleia and I make an attempt to find some order.

That means pitching out and filing.   I could think of many other things I would rather do like watching television or even watching the world go by.  But if I do this, the world will soon cave in on me.
